From the 16th-25th September, the city of London played host to some of the biggest events and shows in the design industry as part of the 2016 London Design Festival. We celebrated by visiting the exhibition at the V&A museum, as well as some of the top design shows, 100% Design, Decorex and Design Junction. Here are our highlights:
London Design Festival at the V&A
From left to right we have The Green Room, an installation by London design studio Glithero in partnership with luxury watch maker Panerai, Liquid Marble, designed by Mathieu Lehanneur, and Foil Layer, the huge immersive installation by British design entrepreneur Benjamin Hubert.
From left to right we have The Lute by Danish decorative lighting designers Ebb & Flow, the Dodoma Pendant Light by Mullan Lighting Design, and the Stanley Pendant in hammered copper, nickle and brass by British lighting manufacturers, Original BTC.
From left to right we have Incanto by Italian decorative lighting company Marchetti, Bolle by Giopator & Coombes and the Urchin Pendant by Tom Raffield.
From left to right we have a breathtaking bespoke installation by Blackbody, Leaf by Haberdashery, and the Clam pendant by Decode.
